donuts and coffe available in the morning for a small charge, sub sandwich, chips and drink available for lunch for $6.00.
Set up time - Friday 4/24 from 4-7 pm inside only and Saturday 7am.
6 or 8 foot tables available for $5.00 each, 2 chairs available for each booth at no charge. we will have a radio station doing a live remote for 4 hours during our show on the 25th of April. They will advertise our show two weeks prior to the event and the day of be on site to do a live remote. We will be giving away donated items on a half hour schedule. Vendors can donate items if they wish. Show time will be 9 to 3pm.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
