Description
          Semi-annual craft fair for over 30 years. 250 booths of hand crafted items. Lots of parking. Admission free. Strollers are welcome. Refreshments available. Attendance Prizes! For more information check out our website at http://www.oakvilleband.com or e-mail us at .
          
Arts & Crafts fair offering 200 spaces of unique and creative crafters! Handmade items only; no commercially produced items allowed. Free Admission! Attendance prizes! Free Parking! This is our 29th Year! We offer crafter support: help carry in and carry out.
Applicants will be assigned in order received. First time applicants are required to include a non-returnable photo of your craft (s).
A limited number of electrical outlets are available on a first come, first served basis for $5 each. Crafters must provide their own heavy duty cords.
Each crafter is individually responsible for satisfying any tax or licensing requirements.
Food and drinks sponsored by the OBPA will be available in the cafeteria.
REFUND POLICY: 100% refund up to February 5, 2011. After February 5, there will be NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEES.
First spring show of the season. 2 big selling areas. About 200 booths. Crafter is responsible for sales tax requirements. Come have some fun and see the new "goodies".

local newspapers, flyers posted in several community strip malls, free weekly paper, online calendars, 6- 4x8 ft. wooden signs placed around community 5 weeks ahead of show, neon billboard posters week before on main road (Telegraph),
Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
