Exhibit Information, Rules and Policies
This year＊s Spring Craft Show will be held on Saturday April 12th from 10:00 am 每 5:00pm. (Booths are not to be dismantled until AFTER 5:00pm closing on Saturday)
The craft show will be held at Goodlettsville Church of the Nazarene located at 400 Loretta Drive in Goodlettsville, behind the Publix Shopping Center.
If this is your first show with us, you MUST provide (3) three pictures of your product with your application, for approval. Pictures will not be returned, and will be kept on file for future shows.
Set up will be on Friday April 11th ONLY from 5:00pm 每 10:00pm. All exhibitors must check-in at the Front Lobby of the church Friday night in order to receive your booth information packet. Doors will open to vendors at 8:00 am Saturday morning. NO Saturday unloading will be allowed.
Booth spaces are 10ft X 10ft and cost only $35. We also ask that each vendor provide a sample product from their booth to be given away as a door prize.
A limited number of tables are available for a fee of $5.00 (tables are 10 ft long). Folding chairs are available upon request. You are permitted to bring your own tables and chairs however; they must have rubber or plastic feet 每 NO METAL.
All storage areas within booth must be covered. Tables must be covered with floor-length tablecloths.
Wall Space and electricity will be available, but very limited. We will try to meet these requests as much as possible, please understand there is no guarantee. You will receive a diagram with your exact location with your acceptance letter so that you will know ahead of time if you need to make any booth adjustments. There is a fee of $5.00 for electricity and you must bring your own 25ft extension cord.
Tents are prohibited and other large booth structures may need to be approved prior to set-up. Craft Show Director reserves the right to ask that items, structures, or signs that do not meet show requirements be removed.
Name tags are to be worn by vendors at all times. Name Tags will be provided in your information packet and are property of show and must be returned upon checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. Also burning of candles, incense or other such items will not be permitted.
Children attending the show with exhibitors MUST remain supervised within the booth area. Children will not be permitted to roam the premises unsupervised.
Exhibitors will receive two meal tickets which can be redeemed for a free pizza lunch on Saturday afternoon. No more than two tickets per booth will be available. There will be a concession stand and also a soda vending machine on the premises.
*State Sales Tax 每 Please be aware that each vendor is responsible for his/her own sales tax. Vendors may be required to fill out information regarding their sales tax from this event and to pay state sales tax at the conclusion of the show to the State Department of Revenue.
Promotional Postcards will be available for you to mail to your customers mailing list. You may pick up the postcards at Goodlettsville Church of the Nazarene at no charge, or you may have them mailed to you for a small postage fee of $2.00.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter with a receipt and booth information. Acceptance letters will be mailed by March 25th. After the available booths have been filled a waiting list will be made with the remaining applications received. If you are placed on the waiting list you will be notified and your booth fee will be held. Applications that do not make it into this show, your booth fee will be returned to you.

Refunds will be given up until April 1st. After April 1st NO REFUNDS will be given, no exceptions.

Common Rules Selected:
Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
