Description
While event theme is Christmas, the show features a full variety of hand crafted clothing; furniture; dolls; jewelry; flower arrangements; spices; and baked goods. Activities are provided for children on both days. Police officers participating in the Cops 'N Kids Program will be giving free books to children. Both afternoons will have Santa available to talk with the children and pose for pictures.
Twenty-Fourth Annual Craft Fair a very popular show.Held in the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center. More than 200 booths of handmade crafts; Christmas items, dolls, bears, wreaths, quilts, furniture.

BUY AND SELL MERCHANDISE IS NOT PERMITTED AT THE SHOW. Throughout the show, craft inspectors will check booths for compliance and could be asked to leave the Show.

Help will be provided for potty breaks.

Food vendors MUST have the proper food handling permits from Wicomico County ($75) It is the responsibility of the Licensee to acquire all necessary permits and licenses and submit a copy to the WYCC 5 days BEFORE the show starts. All crafters providing samples of food, cakes, jellies, drink, dips etc , soups,etc. MUST have these permits prominently displayed during the show.
No food can be sold for on-premise consumption.

NO DEALER, FACTORY REPRESENTATIVE OR COMMERCAILLY MANUFACTURED ITEMS MAY BE SOLD. ALL CRAFTS MUST BE HAND-CRAFTED OR CUSTOMIZED BY THE CRAFTER, QUOTA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOU REMOVE ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT CONFORM TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Each vendor will be responsible for adherence to all state laws regarding sales tax. No crafter or person shall use loud or boisterous conduct or language from a booth in order to solicite business for a particular booth.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
