Description
Indoor event. Our objective is to have high quaility crafts and crafters to enable the customers to experience and purchase fine crafts. We are striving to better the look and feel of our craft show and have a variety of unique gift for our customers. Craft Show is held along with our Annual Christmas Home Tour, which is on Sat. only. Proceeds from the craft show are earmarked for our local community projects.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
SET- UP time will be on Friday.November 6, between 12 noon and 5 PM and on sale days between 8 AM and 9;30 AM. We encourage you to have someone in attendance for the duration of the show to restock or rearrange your display. If that is impossible, a Club member will help. Special arrangments can be made if needed contact Craft Show Chairperson.
PRICE TAGS; 2-part tags are a must, ( NO STICKY TAGS). Please initial and write the Sales Price on both halves of the tags. When Items go through the check out we retain lower half and the top half goes to the customer. Please use the same LETTERS or INITIALS as shown on your application. If selling food use yellow tags.

All sales items must be the Participant's own and suitable for Family Viewing. We reserve the right to reject Unsuitable Items on the sale day.


Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
