Description
The 19th Annual Brookwood Arts & Crafts Festival to benefit the basketball program runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Brookwood High School, 1255 Dogwood Road, Snellville on Saturday, November 7, 2009. For more information email or http://www.brookwoodhoops.com. Get a jump on holiday shopping. Free


The booth spaces will be in the foyer, commons area and gymnasium. Weather will not be a
factor. Athletes and their parents will be on hand to assist you in unloading and loading your
crafts and supplies. There will be a Friday night and Saturday morning set-up time. Spaces will
be 12� x 8� and will include two chairs. 12� tables and electricity are available on a first come,
first served basis for $10 each.

Advertising Done for This Event

                         Flyers will be distributed to local businesses, feeder schools.  Signs will be posted at busy intersections and at entrances to neighborhoods.  Classified ad will be posted in Gwinnett Daily Post and Atlanta Journal.
                    
Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Those interested in participating must submit photos of all crafts to be exhibited. No application
will be accepted without pictures. This includes returning participants. (Photos will not be
returned.)
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION!!
If you are a returning crafter and would like to be guaranteed that you have
the same space you had in our previous show, your completed application
must be received by July 1, 2009. A completed application consists of the
application form, photos of the items you plan to sell, and payment. Your
entry fee is $100.
The deadline for reserving a booth is November 4, 2009. After that date, an
additional $25 fee per booth may apply.
Requests for tables and/or electricity must be made prior to November 4th.
Crafters requesting tables and/or electricity when they come to set up will be
required to pay $20 each for a table and/or electricity.
Please check in upon your arrival to receive a map, lunch menu and other
important information.
Common Rules Selected: Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No Early Packup Allowed. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
