36th Annual Craft Harvest - Over 250 spaces are available in the Expo Building at the Comanche County Fairgrounds. All applicants are required to send three photos of items you will be selling in your booth. Extra fee if resale items make up more than 15% of your show inventory. Setup by 3 PM on November 20 - no dismantling prior to end of show on Nov. 22 at 5 PM. Sales tax must be charged and paid to OK Tax Commission representative before leaving the show. Vehicle for parking must be registered with the show promoters. No commercial food is allowed - there are food vendors - Included with the application is a floor plan for you to choose your choice of booth. If you miss the application deadline and space is available, an additional $10 late fee will be applied. Tables and chair are available to rent for an additional small fee. Fees for applicants who are not members of the Lawton Craft, Art & Hobby Association are listed below. A minimum of 3 photos must accompany application and a listing what is included in your inventory is required - i.e., ceramics, jewelry, wood etc. Limited number of booths for certain items such as jewelry, candles, wood, etc. No commercial vendors such as Avon, Tupperware, Arbonne, etc.
35th Annual Craft Harvest. 250+ spaces available in the Comanche County Fairgrounds Expo Building sponsored by the Lawton Craft, Art & Hobby Association. Association member app. accepted only before July 1: Applications open to non-association members after July 1. Commercial booths consisting of resale items only. Craft booth vendors are permitted to include up to 15% of commercial items in booth inventory. If more than 15% commercial in your booth, you are subject to the commercial booth rate of $125. Vendors must submit a minimum of 3 photos. Limits on certain items such as jewelry, candles, wood, etc. No "sale" signs or % off signs. Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Exhibitors are required to remain in the show the entire time each day. Persons who pack up and leave early will not be invited back for future shows. Exceptions: sell out or emergency. Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials will be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.

All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
