Festival of Trees is Delaware Hospice's main fundraising event. There are over 40 trees sponsored by various companies and individuals and decorated by others. The trees are donated to community service organizations following the show.
There are a limited number of high quality artisans at the event.
Delaware Hospice 22nd Festival of Trees. Over 40 beautiful Christmas trees on exhibit, plus food, entertainment and limited number of vendors. This is our main fundraising event of the year.
On Thursday there is a preview party for the residents; Friday there is a gala dinner and auction; Saturday there will be a wine tasting.
Particpation in these events is optional.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
In addition to the fee, a donation of your merchandise equivalent to $40 for the artisansˇ¦raffle.
„h Participation is for all three days although there are limited spaces available for artisans who cannot be there on Friday.
„h Set up is Thursday, November 17 from 10 am until 4 pm and completed by 5pm. Friday set up must be done between 4 PM
and completed by 6 PM.
„h Festival hours are 10 am until 4 pm daily. Vendor must be present during these hours.
„h Optional events: preview party Thursday 5-8 pm, Gala dinner Friday 6:30-7:30pm (for vendors) and wine tasting on Saturday
„h All items must be removed by 6 pm, Sunday, November 20, 2011
„h All items must be made by the artisan unless there is a prior arrangement.

Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials will be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
