Sponsored by Lindbergh Lacrosse Club, this event will be held at Sperreng Middle School located at 12111 Tesson Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO. Times: Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. Booth info: 9x6 inside $65/outside $55, 10x10 inside, $100/outside $75, electric and tables extra. Estimated attendance: 1500 - 2000. 5th year show, fourth year at this location. Advertising is a high priority for this show. Over 130 artists with hand-crafted, original items. We also accept limited party-show sales at organizer's discretion. Full concessions. Ample parking for shoppers and off-site parking and shuttle for vendors.
Annual fall show, our 5th year, features over 120 local artist-exhibitors with an eclectic mix of unique hand-crafted items. Great show in a great location! There is something here for everyone! Free admission.
Advertising Done for This Event
Our advertising budget is $1000 spent primarily in print ads in local (St. Louis area) papers and in signage. We also list our event in numerous community event calendars in both on-line, radio, and printed community journals. Printed flyers are placed in area businesses and district schools. Flyers are sent to all vendors with permission to copy and distribute. Press releases to community journals with show information and select vendor profiles. Large signs placed outside all district schools for 2 months prior to event. Temporary signage placed throughout area on weekend of show.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Sperreng is a smoke-free campus. Absolutely no smoking on school grounds.
NO OPEN FLAME INDOORS by order of Mehlville FD. Any vendor found to be in violation will be removed immediately without refund.Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials will be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
