Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Annual Holiday Gift Boutique!

*All vendors are asked to include a picture of their product(s) for review. We prefer that pictures be sent electronically to the address above, so we can add them to our Facebook page.
*An acceptance email will be sent to you within a week of your application.
*Once accepted, the application (below) and payment of $45 is due.
*We reserve the right to limit vendors to avoid duplication of certain products.
*Vendor tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. A wait list will be available.
*No refunds will be granted after acceptance emails have been sent, unless a replacement vendor is found.
*Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax and table covering/decorations.
*We will provide a 6 foot table and 2 chairs (the space is approximately 8ft x 4ft).
*The Gift Boutique will be held in the Shrine Catholic Grade School Gymnasium and Cafeteria.
*Vendors are not allowed to display items on the walls of the gym.
*Set-up/check-in will take place from 4:30pm-5:30pm on Friday night. You can leave your display up Friday night into Saturday morning. You are required to be set up until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Common Rules Selected:
No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
