Bayfest is a food and music festival celebrating its 25th year! It is the largest festival of its kind north of Milwaukee's Summerfest and features three stages of continuous entertainment, an art & craft show, fireworks, children's area, a full fledged carnival, sand sculpture and many more exciting activities. Annual attendance averages between 80,000 and 100,000
Bayfest is a highly visible and popular summer festival that has entertained millions for 29 years. It will feature an expanded marketplace, limited to 100 vendors, offering a variety of arts and crafts and customary goods from around the globe. Other festival attractions include four stages of continuous entertainment highlighting all genres of music; over 25 international and domestic food operations with a special emphasis on cuisine from cultures around the world; children's activities featuring a variety of hands-on crafts and interactive games; a boat parade featuring inspired decorations and colorful lights; an adventure zone hosting a variety of sporting activities; a huge carnival with exciting rides and fun games; and a fireworks extravaganza.
Advertising Done for This Event
$150,000 + media blitz via PSAs at 57 radio stations; 5 network TV stations, cable TV; 3 daily and 12 weekly newspapers plus free full color event brochures distributed prior to event and during days of event.

No animals are allowed.

Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Held Rain or Shine! Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
