16th Annual Seaport Craft Show - A quaint seashore town with a variety of specialty crafters and vendors. Shoppers stroll in and out all day. You will be sure to find many unique crafts and collectibles. Vendors include hand painted furniture, wood carvings, copper ornaments, lawn furniture, sea glass jewelry, beaded jewelry, wire jewelry, clothing, candles, soaps, and many nautical items to go along with our seashore theme. After the show, be sure to visit one of our famous waterfront restaurants for some of the best seafood around. The park is located across from a quaint coffee shop and full service bistro.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
I am applying to participate as a vendor in the above-mentioned promoters show. I may not be accepted to this show. Acceptance into the show is at the discretion of the promoter. If accepted, I agree to set up by 9AM and open from 10AM-4PM and offer only the items listed above. I will keep my area clean. Tents are mandatory to participate and all vendors must supply their own TENT and TABLES. I understand that all decisions made by HBP Events committee are final. Absolutely no refunds will be made and there is a $25 fee for returned checks.Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone:
732 291-4713) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.

Garden State Parkway; South to exit 117 to Highway 36 East to the "Highlands Business District" jughandle (approx. 12 miles). Use Linden Ave. jughandle to cross Highway, proceed down hill to second stop street, to Bay Avenue, turn right on Bay Avenue for the main business district.
From the South:
Garden State Parkway; North, exit 105 to Highway 36. (Past Monmouth Park) to Ocean Avenue. Turn left and follow ocean to the Highlands Bridge, cross bridge and proceed to first stop light. Turn right at the light, continue down Miller Hill to Bay Avenue, turn left or right on Bay Avenue for the main business district.
From the West:
Take I-95 East to the Garden State Parkway North to exit 105 to Highway 36 East. (Past Monmouth Park) to Ocean Avenue. Turn left and follow ocean to the Highlands Bridge, cross bridge and proceed to first stop light. Turn right at the light, continue down Miller Hill to Bay Avenue, turn left or right on Bay Avenue for the main business district.
