The St. Davidï¿½s Craft Fair is an annual event, well known in the community. We provide a marketplace for crafters of handmade goods and also have St. Davidï¿½s sponsored events including Free Health Screenings provided by MD's and nurses on site, Attic Treasures (inside yard sale), delicious lunch prepared by our own Jeff Cook of Two Fat Guys restaurant fame, Bake Sale, Used Book Sale, Silent Auction, infamous ï¿½St. Davidï¿½s homemade soupï¿½ is sold at lunch and for take out and other activities. Proceeds from the fair fund St. Davidï¿½s ministry and community outreach projects;

Come and have a great day at St. David's 41St Craft Fair! We are an eagerly anticipated annual event in the North Wilmington community. A marketplace for crafters quality handmade goods, we are not juried but most crafters are handpicked and personally invited based on the quality of their work. They are also recommended by other crafters. Additionally there are St. Davidï¿½s sponsored events including Attic Treasures (inside yard sale), delicious lunch, baked goods, used book sale, cookbooks, the infamous ï¿½St. Davidï¿½s homemade beef barley soupï¿½, and childrenï¿½s activities. Free health screenings are available. Proceeds from the fair benefit St. Davidï¿½s ministry and community outreach projects.
Browse our main rooms, classrooms and hallways for that perfect holiday gift purchased from friendly crafters with quality handmade work. Bring a friend and enjoy our delicious soup and luncheon and be sure to take some soup home as well. Friends have been meeting at this event for years to shop, have a great lunch, and visit.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Our fee for space in this year’s fair is $50.00. The space available for each crafter approximately 9X9 depending upon location. Please note that crafters are asked to bring their own tables, display racks, shelves, and tablecloths, decorations. We will have a sign for you. We also need to know if you will need electrical outlets. If you need wall space, a corner space, space for tall displays, etc. we will do our best to accommodate you. We try hard to assign spaces fairly and so that each person’s work shows nicely. We appreciate your flexibility and consideration for others. We have a history of high sales in all areas of the building when customers find what they like and items are priced well.Common Rules Selected:
Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Determined Quality Level: 6

We are located in North Wilmington (Brandywine Hundred) between Rt. 202 and Interstate 95. Approximately 1 mile south of Naamans Rd, we are midway between Foulk and Marsh Roads. For those who know the area, we're between Stanleys and Papa Johns!
