The Christmas Extravaganza will feature arts, crafts and home business offering unique and handcrafted items to help you pamper yourself and your loved ones during the holidays. Christmas breads, cookies, chocolates and pastries will be available.
Advertising Done for This Event
Our advertising budget is $450 if we have 30 vendors (it goes up if we have more). We are planning on having an ad in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. We are also listed on approximately 30 community calendars in print and online. We will hang posters, hand out fliers, and mail postcards to our mailing list of previous customers. We will probably have radio advertising for this event.
Event/Application Rules & RegulationsCommon Rules Selected:
Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
