One of Ohio�s largest indoor crafts show, The Annual National Holiday Gift Show, returns to Hara on Thanksgiving weekend. Thousands of shoppers will be browsing through over 370 booths featuring arts, crafts, collectibles, ceramics, personalized items, toys, holiday and home decor, floral wreaths, arrangements and much more! Show hours are Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, November 25 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 for adults, FREE for children 12 and under. Parking is FREE.

TROTWOOD, Ohio - The 23rd annual National Holiday Gift Show features over 300 vendors presenting the best in holiday-themed hand-made crafts and wares. The Hara Complex will come alive with Christmas cheer during the event that has become a Thanksgiving Day weekend tradition. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, November 26 and Saturday, November 27. The event concludes with Sunday hours from Noon to 5 p.m. on November 28th.

This year Hara is again partnering with the United States Marine Corps Reserve to serve as a collection center for the Corps �2004 Toys for Tots� campaign. Marines from the Military Police Company C will be at Hara during show hours and will offer patrons $1.00 off of admission, on the way into the show only, by bringing a new, unopened toy for �Toys for Tots�.

WLQT Lite 99.9 FM will again help kick off the show with their seasonal music. WLQT will broadcast live from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday marking the official opening of the Christmas shopping season.

We have a pretty extensive marketing campaign including:
TV ads on the #1 television station in our market (WHIO- CBS)
Two full page (color) ads in the Dayton Daily News the week of the show (#1 newspaper in the market).
Radio ads & a live remote broadcast on Lite 94.5 (Christmas music station).
Place billboards throughout our area.
And a postcard mailing with our database.
Exact budget for this years ad campaign is TBA.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Move in is Wednesday 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) from 8 AM to 1 PM and Friday 6 AM to 8 AM. Exhibitors may enter the building on Friday at 6 AM. (Move in times are subject to change). Space not claimed by 7 AM on Friday is forfeited. Exhibits must be ready for show opening at 9 AM. Show hours are Friday & Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 12 noon to 4 PM
Move out is Sunday from 4:15 PM to 9 PM

Booth spaces are 10 X 10 at $225.00 each. Each booth includes one electric outlet. Pictures must accompany this application. This is an application only, do not send money unless a contract is issued.
The National Holiday Gift Show takes pride in its professionalism & attractiveness. The following guidelines must be followed when exhibiting at the National Holiday Gift Show. Any deviation from these guidelines must be approved by Hara Management prior to the show. You will also be required to review the backside of the contract if issued. It will contain additional information. Failure to abide by these guidelines could result in forfeiture of booth space & removal from show.
*If tables are covered, they must be covered to the floor. Absolutely no bed sheets are permitted for coverings.
*Stand-up displays should be finished on both sides and should be no taller than 8 feet. Please make sure they are sturdy, as well as attractive.
*All signs must be neatly lettered & attractive. No discount or sale signs.
*All boxes & supplies should be hidden from view.
*Absolutely no signs can be hung from the ceiling.
*No nails are to be nailed into walls or floors.
*Noise from demos or music must be kept to a minimum. It should not cause distraction to your neighbors.
*This is a NON-SMOKING event.
*Vendors requiring RV hook-ups must notify show management no later than one week prior to the show.
*Electrical cords should be checked to make sure they are in working order prior to move-in. Hara supplies      one 110 volt w/200 watt max. service. Additional electric outlets can be ordered using a rental form.
*Hara reserves the right at any time during show to ask vendors to remove items from selling floor that are, in      managements opinion, not high quality gifts and collectibles or handmade arts and crafts.

Once completed, return the entire form to the above address. Keep a copy for your records.

I understand this is only an application for space. If accepted, a contract & deposit are required to hold a space.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. No Eating or Drinking permitted at booth. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.

Exhibitors must wear name badges.
