This is our forth year @ the Bossier Civic Center in Bossier City. We allow retail items and handcrafted items. Florals, monogramming, jewelry, Dips, Childens hair bows, Gift Baskets, Home Decor, Purses, and much much more!!!

Customers are requesting a variety of Dips, seasonings, etc. We have had calls for pewter.

Door prizes given away hourly!

We would like to remind vendors that Fall Shows sell out FAST!! We assign booth spots - Vendor is required to do 3 prior shows in order to request a certain booth location. If this is vendors first show promoter assigns booth location.

Advertising Done for This Event
We have a large customer database where we mail out postcards (coupon), emails (coupon), TV, Newspaper, mail flyers tosurrounding schools, and put flyers in surrounding Hotels and businesses. We do not tell anyone dollar amount because we get 100 phone calls from advertisers.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Must be set up at 9:45am Saturday morning. When finished unloading vendors must park in the back of the Civic Center.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
