The North Cumberland Middle School PTO is proud to be sponsoring a shopping event on Saturday November 5th 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. This event will coincide with “Cupcake Wars” and a large turnout is expected. Local advertising will also be done.

Here are the details:
This event will take place in the CAFETERIA and THE GYM of the North Cumberland Middle School
400 Nate Whipple Highway (rt. 120) Cumberland, RI

$35 for a space.
Only remaining space available is in the Gym. Gym vendors will have a flight of stairs. Every vendor in the Gym will need to bring their own table.
Types of vendors will be very limited to avoid duplication of products.
Each vendor is asked to donate a $20 - $25 gift for our penny social.
As a way to increase sales for you, we are giving customers "free" raffle tickets when they purchase something from you. We ask that each vendor write some type of receipt that will be brought to the raffle table for free tickets.
Spaces will be 7' x 8'. If electricity is required, please indicate on the application.
All vendors will need to be approved by the committee chairperson, Patty L.
All items sold must be "family appropriate".
Please confirm space availability before submitting application.
We are full on jewelry and already have Usborne Books, Lia Sophia, Silpada, Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple, Wildtree Herbs, Stella & Dot, Tupperware, Scentsy, Dove, Celebrating Home, Longaberger, Thirty-One Gifts, Mary Kay, Avon and Ava Anderson. Needed: BEIJO BAGS and HANDCRAFTED ITEMS **APPLICATIONS STILL BEING ACCEPTED**

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Set up begins at 7:30 a.m. Break down begins at 3 p.m. & must be completed by 4 p.m.
All items will be “family appropriate”.
Each vendor will provide some form of a receipt for customers so that “free” raffle tickets can be provided for your customers.
Each vendor is responsible for collecting and accurately reporting appropriate taxes.

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
