Reasons to Apply Online
- It's FREE!
- It lets Promoters know you saw their listing here and encourages them to list more events!
- It will be added to your online event managment area,
where you can track the events you applied to, the fees you sent, acceptance status, and MUCH more!
- You will be listed as one of the Artists/Crafters attending the event.
Every listing has an 'Artists/Crafters' tab that lists everyone we know of that will be attending.
- The event will be added to YOUR Upcoming Event List.
This list is displayed to anyone who views your profile and on your CraftLister.com Personal Page.
- You will have access to a quick 'Printable' application for almost every event out there!
How to Apply Online
- You need an Artist/Crafter Account, if you do not have one already.
- Event Listings have an 'Apply Online Now' link on their details page.
- The 'Apply Online Now' link will take you to a page that asks all necessary questions to apply.
- You will then be able to print out a copy of the application and mail it in with payment to the promoter.
- The promoter will be able to mark when they receive your mailed in app & fees, if you are accepted, and much more!
 Not all events will/do accept our printed application forms. Contact them if unsure!
- Even if they do not, applying online is still important for the above reasons.
- Events that do not have been instructed to say so, but you can always call them or send a message for free to make sure.
- Most that don't accept our printed application will just mail you their official one to fill out. Some high demand events may not and may screw you...
- Crafters, please tell me if any promoter, whose events don't say that they don't accept our apps,
ends up ignoring your deadline-met, mailed-in CraftLister.com version app and does not even bother to mail you their official app to let you apply. That's just wrong, I'll pounce on them for you... - Louis
- Don't let this warning scare you, it's just that, only a warning. With over 26k online apps submitted so far,
I could still count on a thumbless hand the number of problems that crafters have reported to me regarding this... Although, it undoubtedly does happen more.
