Description
| This event was fromerly known as the Talala Spring Festival. We have moved the date this year due to conflicts with the former date of the festival and in hopes of attracting more vendors. This is an arts and crafts festival. You will be responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. You will also be responsbile for collecting sales tax and properly filiing them as needed. You will be supplied with the sales tax forms the day of the show. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
