Description
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
One vendor per product line for following/similar direct sales businesses will be allowed: Mary Kay, Avon, Homemade Gourmet, etc. This is first-come first serve payment received basis. Payment by cashier's check, money order, or cash. No personal checks or credit cards accepted. One raffle donation ($10+ value) must be submitted at set up. Vendors are responsible for all signage and coverings for their tables. Refreshments and food will be available on Saturday all day and Sunday morning.
Common Rules Selected: Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
