Advertising Done for This Event
| Community Pages in all local newspapers/publications. Local TV station community bulletin boards. Flyers in local businesses and given out at our other fund raising events. Advertised in Fire Co. annual newsletter mailed to over 11,000 homes during October. Flyers given to vendors, as they sign up, to be distributed at other events they attend. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
No food or drink allowed in vendor area. Table covers strongly suggested. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. No Eating or Drinking permitted at booth. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions Coming north on Route 611 - Clear Run Intermediate is approximately 3/4 mile north of Pocono Mt. Airport.
From Route 380S - Take Exit 8, bear right on Route 611S. Go through 2 traffic lights abd proceed south on 611. Clear Run is approx. 1.6 miles after the 2nd light. 2nd school on right,
From Route 380 N - Exit 8 and turn right off ramp. At light, turn right on Route 611S. Go through next light and preceed 1.6 miles to the 2nd school on your right.
