Each quality level question should be answered independently. If you do MORE than a question asks, and the question says AT LEAST, you should check it as yes. So if you require all 100% hand made, check that, but you also need to check the lessers in that category that ask do you require that items AT LEAST APPEAR hand made.
To get to a quality level, all questions up to that level must be checked as yes, except for questions with OR's between them, in which case at only 1 should be checked.
Levels range from 1 to 10, higher being better.
Since events range from flea markets to very fine art shows, and I want the scale to be fully utilized, not having all events be 7's 8's or 9's, most events will fall in the middle or lower range, so as to let the truly strongly juried shows and highest quality ones stand out. If everyone in the class gets 90's, what good are the grades for ranking?
Here are the requirements for each level. ALL reqirements for lower levels
must be met for a higher level to be met, except for the L1 and L2 questions,
if you answer either as yes, you can not go higher no matter what you check.
